unlocking my bios

ve got a

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz
Intel DG965SS Motherboard FSB 800MHz
1GB RAM 800MHz
POV 8600GT 1GB Graphics card:
Core=540MHz
Shader=1450MHz
Memory=320MHz

my main problem is i cant change freqs or voltage thru bios cuz its locked.....
is there any way to unlock it?

BIOS can never be LOCKED!

you should probably try to update your bios drivers..then try. i dont have an intel mother board so i dont know propperly.
scrap me with propper details...if possible
