    Windows 64 or 32 bits?

    Hello,

I acquired a computer it owns 4096 MB (2 x 2048 MB) but Windows Vista 32-bit only detect about 3072 MB 4096 MB (over the case since sp1 which detects).

my setup is this: Toshiba Satellite A300-1IW
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 to 2.26 GHz, RAM: 4 GB hard drive: 250 GB

I installed SP1 which detects the 4 gigabyte vista 32bits but can not operate more than 3giga
SP1 detects the 4 giga novelty but this does not change the fact that 32-bit Windows Vista can not operate more than 3 giga. I would really know whether to install the Windows 64 bits that it can operate more than 3 giga really change anything about my type configuration to 4 gigabytes. or if it will not change anything and if there is no risk that my pc in the air? that's the grid or another.
is what I will see a difference? what order, is what it's worth it? I would like to have your opinion, I thank you in advance

    Hi

requires that your processor is compatible 64-bit (what should be the case). Otherwise there will be after the problem of drivers that are not compatible with 64-bit OS. After if there is a difference, I can not really tell you, that other person you respondents.

    Hello,

    The processor is compatible 64Bits.

Regarding performance, Vista will be pleased to have 4 GB
Regarding the drivers, the advantage of Vista is that there is a sub-layer 32bits therefore at worst drivers must pass 32bits
