" Access was denied " While upgrading to Xp Service Pack 3

I got this Error Message When I was installing Windows XP Service Pack 3 Error message was like this "access was denied" then I scan and reset with SubInACL, and found the keys as below which could not be accessed:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets\SAC
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets\SAI

I can not change the permission and also delete for those keys.anyone has a solution to resolve it? thanks in advance.

ok So you can try doing this

    1. In Registry Editor Navigate to

      HKLM\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets

    2. Right click, Choose "Permissions" and check "Allow"

    3. Click on "Advanced"

    4. Check the box for "Replace permission entries on all child objects..." and then choose "Apply".
