Problem related to Bios!

Hey guys.

Working on my first build ever.I finally turned it on last night, but ran into an issue. (Well, I had MANY issues, but this is the last one that needs fixing.)

When my system turns on I am greeted with an error message about express gate not being installed. (Supposedly this is a non-factor, but I thought I would include it.) Following this I am notified that no hard drives are detected and to insert a proper boot disk.

Entering into the Bios, both of my hard drives appear (in the SATA 5 and SATA 6 positions.) I'm not quite sure what the issue is, and it has me stumped.

Some additional bits of info. that might be helpful:

1. Processor is detected in BIOS
2. RAM is detected in BIOS
3. HD info. is correct in the BIOS.
4. Using WD 640GB HD. Are plugged into SATA 5 and SATA 6 of my Antec 900. Currently configured as IDE (default), but I am planning to run RAID 0 using the intel matrix RAID.
5. MOBO is P5Q
6. HDs are connected to the MOBO and PSU.
7. All other parts of the computer seem to be working fine.

I really appreciate any help you can offer.
