Desktop ,Taskbar and Start Button

No matter which side of the desktop I move my taskbar to it stays sideways so everything reads bottom to top instead of side to side and the icons are sideways also. I have two games that open up from top to bottom but everything else is side to side. It happened yesterday when my son quit his game so I looked up a few things like dragging the taskbar, start in safemode to restore desktop settings but can't find any info on sideways desktop. I greatly appreciate any suggestions.

The solution is just press

CTRL + ALT + UP(Arrow Key)
