Error Reporting will send a report to microsoft anytime an application crashes.

    To disable this:

    • Right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and choose "Properties"

    • Click the Advanced tab

    • Click the Error Reporting button

    • Check the Disable Error Reporting box

You really need a good anti-virus scan its like some virus is making your every application to crash down. AVG will be nice one.
