SBS 2003 Not Restarting after latest MS patches Applied

I have applied the latest patches on an SBS 2003 server and restarted it remotely. It will not restart. I was hoping someone could shed some light on any issues you might have run accross with this. Below are the patches that were installed on the system just before the restart was initiated. Any help would be appreciated.

It's not this patch.

It's that you are missing the port exclusions.

Have you added the registered ports entries in the registry?
