Converting a partition from NTFS to FAT32

Hi everyone.
I need to convert one of my partition (yes and no format conversion, I need that data above) from NTFS to FAT32.
Which software are well to do that to that?
PartitionMagic demo does not change anything ...
Would like if someone could tell me what is the difference between 2 types of scores, it would be nice.

much more security on NTFS, gender controlling membership of the file, right of access extended and lots of stuff like that, but
I do not know if you convert NTFS fat32 even with PMagic,

partiton magic should work , possibly you are trying to creat a partion larger than 32 gb. this is a major hurdle in fat 32. get even worse in fat the largest partion you can have is 2 gb.

my qustion is why? if your trying to use another operating system you may only want fat.
