SBS 2003, plus Server 2003, plus SQL 2005 on one physical server?

I'm a museum collection/technology manager for a small museum about to purchase third-party collection management software (CMS) and a new physical server. I need them to work together. I also need to run a version of SBS for our other museum operations. The CMS is an x32 SQL front-end that is not currently supported past SQL 2005, nor will support be expanded to the 2008 products in the foreseeable future. The CMS techs don’t want the SQL running through Windows on Windows (WOW) x64 support, so that rules out SBS 2003 R2 Premium that includes SQL 2005 Workgroup Edition since it would run through WOW. I don’t want to go back to pure x32 products and buy an x32 server to make this work. I want an x64 server. Question: Can these three servers run on the same physical server: Buying 2008 products and downgrading to get to what will work with the CMS, can I run successfully x64 SBS 2003 R2 Standard, plus (plain) x64 Server 2003, plus x64 SQL Server 2005 NOT Workgroup Edition on one physical x64 server? Or will I have to buy two physical servers, one to run a SBS, and the other for the Server 2003/ SQL Server 2005 combo?

Can you be more elaborative about what will be the scenario for Third party tool and physical server, as you mentioned you need SQL 2005 for database related issues, server 2003 for better support and SBS 2003 as business server, so let me know how your workflow would be toward whole this scenario.

Thanks for responding Sree Kanth;Third-party SQL front end: Gallery Systems is the crerator/vendor for the x32 CMS, The Museum System (TMS). Their bottom line is to have SQL 2005 running on a pure x32 setup (x32 server, x32 Server 2003, x32 SQL 2005 OR a pure x64 setup: x64 se rver, x64 Server 2003, x64 SQL 2005; they don't want Windows on Windows (WOW) used with the SQL which rules out using x64 SBS with SQL 2005 Workgroup Edition running through WOW. TMS can be used with: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or SQL Server 2005 (with latest SQL Server service pack applied);Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition with ConText cartridge installed (version 8.1.7 or higher); Oracle 9i Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition with intermedia services installed (version R2 or higher); Oracle 10G Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition; I don't understand the "workflow" of how the client (TMS) works with SQL.
DRAFT server specs: Intel Based Xeon server – dual chip capable with two quad core 5410 Xeon processors installed 2.33Ghtz each 12 Mb L2 cache 45nM low power usage technology; Intel 5000p chipset server board capable of 1333Mht with dual independent buses error correcting. Server should be capable of up to 64Gb of error correcting memory. 4 15k SAS drives for OS, 6 10k SATA drives for data storage RAID 5

My focus was on using SBS, but our tech consultants will have us skip SBS and just add Exhange Server. Their solution: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64 Standard; Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard x64 (key piece needed for third-party software); Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Standard x64.

    Hi collmgr,
    Apologies for being late.
I will suggest that you should go with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64 Standard, because Functions like e-mail and collaboration, database, and robust edge services are add-ons that most deployments will require,With built-in, enhanced Web and virtualization capabilities, it is designed to increase the reliability and flexibility of your server infrastructure while helping save time and reduce costs.
Powerful tools give you greater control over your servers, and streamline configuration and management tasks. Plus, enhanced security features work to harden the operating system to help protect your data and network and provide a solid, highly dependable foundation for your business.
As far as I understands about your requirement.
