Restoring deleted files in Vista!

Hi i need help
I have windows vista 32-bit.
Actually I accidentally somehow hit Ctrl+A to mark all of my songs in the media player, and then somehow I deleted all of those tracks. I went to my music folder, and those songs were all gone.
It took me days to sort all of my music and tagging. And now it is all gone.
Is there any way I can restore these songs? They are no longer in the Recycle Bin either...please help.

Hi Theobold
See if you have a System Restore enable (By default it is enable) Then windows Vista wil Automatically keep the track of older file versions including deleted ones for limited period.
You can use Shadow Explorer on Windows Vista to restore the files.

If you have Windows Vista Ultimate then the interface is builtin and you can get to it by right clicking on the music folder, clicking Properties and selecting the Previous Versions tab.
