Windows recovered from a serious error

Randomly my PC gets restarted immediately after having login.

It happens 1 to 6 times randomly.

In the event of proper start of windows/pc, it gives error message that "Windows has recovered from a serious ... " and gives following codes.

BCCode: 10000050 BCP1: F792C000 BCP2: 00000000 BCP3: F77D80A6 BCP4: 00000000
OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product: 256_1



sometimes while booting system suddenly halts and blue screen appers with one page of information containing some code as follows:

STOP: 0X00000050 (0xF792C000, 0x00000000, 0xF77D8046, 0x00000000)

WindrvNT.sys - Address F77D8046 at F77D4000, DateStamp 409F405C



Can somebody please tell me what it is and how to come out of this problem.

with AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.09GHz with 1GB RAM and Motherboard : MSI K2AGM2
