Unable to format

I have tried by all means to boot my Acer Aspire by booting from the CD of Windows installation and it is just impossible, it jumped page. Is there any way to do this? thank you all

Is your CD bootable?
Is your CD player too old (at times, the CD does not boot) ?
When you press button when you boot at the display of the Acer logo, do you see any menu that appears?

The CD is bootable because it works on another pc because I have already booted it with pc and for me it's the F12 key to the menu, I got it, I selected DVD ROM but nothing makes it stumbles over. What should I do?

Try an external cd drive and see if it is problem with your drive itself?
