Video problem with Windows Vista!

Hi i am having a problem related to video and video games.I cannot play any video games. This is also the same for watching video files from my hard drive or watching anything on youtube. It happens quicker and more often when I switch to full screen mode, but it's starting to happen even without switching to full screen.I am using windows vista.

Have you check your Graphic card driver.Try to uninstall it and then again install it from Motherboard Cd.

Did you install any codec pack? Try the K lite codec pack, it is freely available. Just google it
