    Vista 64-bit won't boot with 4GB installed

I have Windows Vista 64bit on my system with 2GB of RAM installed on it. Everything was working fine until I added 2GB of the same exact RAM. Since then Vista starts hanging during boot up. Did anyone else had this problem?

You should try running a diagnostic to check the memory sticks. Are you sure your ram sticks are perfectly ok? Just check it.

It seems to me that the RAM either isn't seated correctly or the OS is not recognizing the RAM. Try to re-install the RAM properly again.
