Vista 64 bit upgrade issue

I upgraded my system and installed Windows Vista 64 bit. I also installed the vista upgrade advisor from microsoft and let it do its thing.

It worked great. But my Vista Upgrade Advisor recently told me that my GeForce 8800 GS will not work with this version of Vista.

Is that true? If yes then why?

IMO, it should work with GeForce 8800 GS. However there might be chances that you need to update the drivers.

You might be using an older version of advisor which is completely unaware of the newer drivers.
