Impossible to close windows or session

Hello,

Its impossible to close a session or off windows, whether from the start menu, task manager or executive logoff.exe. It does absolutely nothing happens.

I am using Windows XP SP2, and no specific connected devices from a USB printer.

What to look out first?

Without further explanation, restore it from last date it worked properly!!

I will run this solution immediately, but the computer in question had no restoration system activated, so no restore point.
