Boot manager problem in Vista

Hi,
OK this is my problem, I have Vista loaded on my machine. I attached another hard disk & installed Vista on this second HDD. THen i removerd it from my machine & attached it to another hdd. So i got an error message that says it could not find bootmgr.exe Now i want to solve this problem. Can anyone help me?

Well have you tried to put your Vista Disk in that new machine & boot?
I would suggest to have a repair install! See if it helps!

Well i have already tried that but no luck!

Try running the diagnostics first

If bootmgr.exe is really missing on the C: drive, copy it to the root of C: from the DVD under the command prompt (press Shift-F10 to open the command prompt during installation from DVD).

FYI
If you install VISTA on first hdd and it should be on primary partion it will work fine.
If you have 2 partitions and install vista on partition 2 and later after some days if formats c drive if wont boot...

Basically what i want to explain is VISTA should be installed on the first partition only.

Please let me know if i am worng.
