| Installing Solaris 10
The problem I have is that I'm trying to learn Solaris, specifically the version 10. I put the DVD for x86 in the DVD recorder, indicated that BOOTE from this unit. Start from the DVD, introduced GRUB with 3 options, select Solaris, ellipsis .... and the message: Release Version 5.10 Sun Generic_118855-33 32-bit Inc. Copyright 1983-2006 Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved. Use is subject to license terms. It stays with the blinking cursor without doing anything. Someone can give me a hand and try to learn from this problem? Thank you Also try to install Virtual PC with Windows and on the same problem. My PC is an AMD Athlon XP 2000 + with 736 MB RAM, 40 GB and discode everything else integrated (PCChips M825LU). Thank you - |

That such. I have the same problem on my Dell Inspiron 6200, I heard that can be a problem with the video card and the GRUB. And solve the problem? |
