Setup cannot copy the file ftlx041e.dll

I have a problem to install Arabic language in a Windows XP, before I had installed it without hassle. I had a virus in my PC, so I wanted to reinstall, but as I arrive to step in to install the CD and I got this message: Setup can not copy the file ftlx041e.dll. Verify that the CD ROM disk inserted Windows XP is in the player selected or specify where the file is. I am stumped here as I dont know what to do, please help. Thanks in advance.

The message tells you that the installation program does not find the dll file on the CD into the drive. Copy the name of the file and do a Google search on the word + "dll". Once you have found this file, put it in a directory on your hard drive and tell the installation program the exact path to find it. And then the installation should continue normally. It is not excluded that the program does not require other libraries (dll files). In this case, repeat the procedure.

the easiest solution is to change the Windows XP CD
I think the CD is damaged because the cd reader can not copy this file.

It is illegal to talk about pirated cds. However, If your CD is original, then directly contact the software provider & replace it if damaged.
