Recover the user account

I by mistakely deleted User Account on my system. I want to get back that user without loosing his files and folders. How can I recover the user account?

Why don't you use system restore? It will get back you to some previous point and probably you will get the user account back as it was before.

I know about the system restore but I am afraid about the files and folders of the user. Don't the user will be loosing the data?

Just go for some recovery software which will restore all your data on your computer. It may or may not cost to you. But its the best solution in such cases.
