| Windows Idle process
My PC is very slow I looked at my process and there is a "windows Idle process" which uses 87% of memory. I have read some forum that my memory was free and on the other the opposite. If someone can tell me if I have to kill the process and if so how. Thank you |

It is in fact normal, it is a process which indicates there are 87% free memory. |

| Re:Windows Idle process
Hi, I would like to share my thoughts with this discussion.I think Security task manager indicates all running Windows tasks including embedded hidden functions (e.g. keyboard , autostart entry). A unique security risk rating indicates the likelihood of the process being potential spyware, malware, keylogger. -------------- martin Last edited by Saket : 08-09-2008 at 01:54 PM.
