When you have Windows XP or earlier and the unformatted view, this makes you a backup named WINDOWS.OLD do not know if what lesite in the installation (which seems not) but just in case you want to see more old, you can not Edit !

    Try this:

To take possession of a folder

    1. Click the right mouse button in the folder you want to take possession, and then click Properties.

    2. On the Security tab, click Advanced, then click Owners.

    3. Click on Edit. It requires permit administrator If prompted an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    4. Click on the name of the person you want to give possession.

    5. If you want that person is the owner of files and subfolders in this folder, please check the box next to Replace owner subcontenedores and objects.

    6. Click OK.

If does not work, try in Safe mode.
