Windows Vista keeps reinstalling update KB936181, help

Dont know why but Windows Vista keeps installing/asking me to install this update every day. I've already installed it and it shows it was successful numerous times. Anyone have any idea of what to do to make Vista recognize its installed and to quit asking me to install it? Please help me

I have the same problem and I came across this solution. I am going to try

After renaming the msxml4.dll to msxml4.old, I ran the Windows Update again. Surprisingly my Windows was up-to-date. Then I clicked into Programs>Programs and Features>Installed Updates, I couldn't find KB936181.

The good news is: Windows doesn't ask me to installing KB936181 again.

So, I suppose the problem has been workarounded. Thank you
