Windows doesn't starts !!

Hi,

Few days back, I was running media player, msn and internet and I Locked machine and suddenly I get a blue screen was telling me that had been a mistake I had to shut down windows and gave restart to enter and restart and then I started getting a black screen. I can not enter Safe mode and several times and even try to enter the bios I did not mark any hard drive ........
