How to recover the password on Vista 32

I am running Windows Vista Home Basic 32 on my system. I recently had changed my password on it for Administrator account but forgot it today. Is there anyway to recover the password?

If you are having only one account with Administrative privileges then you can use NTpasswd to change the password.

Try to boot in safemode and choose Last Known Good Configuration. It should solve your problem.
