Mail problem in Vista

Hi,
When i tried to forward an e-mail i got this error.
saying An unknown error has occurred, with subject: emailling picture accout:...... server:......Protocol:.....etc WITH Error NO.0x800CCC69
I tried to send this mail one more time attaching picture again. Again i got the same error.
Dont know why this error?

Hey i checked your error NO.0x800CCC69 at microsoft & its known to them!

Windows Live Mail (WLM) started out from roughly the same code base
as Windows Mail, but it contains quite a few fixes that are still ongoing
bugs in Windows Mail. WLM also accommodates Hotmail accounts
as well as the standard POP and IMAP accounts.
