    Windows XP shut down problem

I have this new built 780i motherboard Xp installed.
When i click shut down this machine turns off to a point & then i have to hit the power switch for further shut down "now safe to shut down". This is my problem. I want machine to shut down without asking me.
How can i fix this problem?

Its regarding your power management feature which needs to be enabled.
Go to CMOS setup OR Control Panel - Power option
Also check if all motherboard drivers are installed properly!
