Program installation problem in Vista

Hi,
i have some programs on my Vista machine , when i open those programs a dialogue box pops up saying configuring installation and it keeps popping up and wont go away for some period. The programs work but the window keeps annoying.

What are those programs that creates problem?
Is this happening vith all the programs you have installed?

I would suggest you to uninstall the program then reboot system & install the program again.
This is may be due to bad or currupt installation.

I tried it with itune but no luck. Other program takes forever to install.
any other solution?
