not able to remove trojan with AVG antivirus
hi i need some help with my computer!,
ive had quite a few trojan horses that avg wouldnt remove beause they were joined to system32 processes.
i downloaded norton, and deleted avg.. norton scanned and said everything was done, but everything was still happening so i deleted the user profile hoping that would clear it i thought it had but now i have more problems. when i start the computer now all i get is userinit.exe - applicaton error, then systray.exe error, also \idlist,:01432,c:\Documents error..etc
when the computer starts up and goes to the windows part the userinit pops up and my desktop and menu stuff like that isnt there so i went to task manager and typed in run new desktop and it pops up but wont let me access add remove progams things like that
If you can help PLEASE DO!!
its driving me crazy!!
