Office Excel 2003 Security Update(KB943985)

I am unable to get the Office Excel 2003 Security Update(KB943985) from March
11,2008, to install. It says something about not being able to access the
registry. I have tried to repair my Office 2003 installation, with no luck,
and also tried to uninstall my Office 2003, but there was a problem with
accessing the .......Setup\migrationDLLs registry entry.
I am lost. Any help will be appreciated. I am running Win XP Home SP2 with
all updates current.

I had simlar to this 10 times - I turned off my 3rd. party firewall and and
anti-virus, turned on the Windows firewall and the next download attempt
worked fine.
