There's some issue going on with Service Pack 3 update for Office 2003, many people have reported similar issue. I think we will need further update from Microsoft to fix this. Until then you can get rid of the error message by uninstalling Excel and reinstalling it using office 2003 sp2 CD that you might have used for its installation. |
