Error Code 779 when updating KB973475

Windows Update keep giving me Error Code 779 when trying to update "Security
Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (KB973475)"

Can anyone help how to resolve this issue ?

I am on Vista Business 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Build 6002 and MS Office
Professional Edition 2003 SP3

Error Code 779

Usually this error signifies that the Office update that you are trying to install
is recognizing Office as a not legal version (pirated)

Where did you purchase your Office version?
Did you download and install some 3rd party illegal software that makes Office react
as being Pirated?

I have the same problem. I downloaded MS office 2007 from
studentoffice.us@digitalriver.com, they had a special deal for students. I
got the product key on the download page and it was activated successfully,
all updates were installed ok except this suite pack 1, it gives error code
779
