Office 2007 problem with installed Help files

I’m having a Windows XP SP2 desktop which was running with Office 2003. Last week I bought Office 2007, removed earlier office, and installed the new one. There was no problem with the installation. But now when I open any Office 2007 applications and click on Help menu, it gives me an error stating:

“There is a problem with one or more of the installed Help files. Please repair your Office installation and try again.”

I tried to repair buy still the problem was same. Hence I removed and re-installed Office again, ran Diagnistics various times, surprisingly yet none Help menu works and gives me the same problem. Do anyone have idea what could be the problem?

Damn, I thought it was just me alone facing exactly the same error. I started getting this problem after upgrading my Office 2003 to Office 2007 along with Visio 2007. I tried to search solution about this on Microsoft but dint found any office KB related to this. Neither there is any forum discussion made on this error.

Can anyone suggest as any working solution for the same ?

It is very un-usual problem hence there is no KB or discussion about the same. I have been through this problem very long ago and like you guys, even I searched for the same bjut dint got any solution. Finally what I did was I re-installed my entire operating system (Windows Vista), installed office again and every thing was working fine. It doesn’t sounds the best solution but this is only the one I know to fix it.
