MS Office Error 1935

From last couple of days my Vista based system was freezing and was getting slower day by day. Hence I did I complete format and re-installed Vista from the genuine installation Disk I got with my system. Now problem is am not able to run re-install my Office Professional Plus 2007 after formatting the PC. Whenever I start the installation it gives the following message and installations stops:

“Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 encountered an error during setup.
Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {97F81AFA-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x800736B3.”

Its such a long error I don’t know what is meant by that and how to fix it. Can someone help me with this error code ?

As far as I know Office 2007 Professional Plus is sold only to volume-license users. If you are facing problem with the same I will suggest you to better contact the vendor from where you bought the system, they will definitely help you regarding this. As a self troubleshooting, you should try running a disk cleanup service for once, restart the computer and start installation. See if it works.

I am having a Windows XP system which was running with Office XP Pro earlier. Now since last two days I am trying to install Office 2007 Small Business Edition but every time it gives me an error saying something like

"Error 1935. An error occurred during installation of assembly component..."

I don’t have any idea about this. Can anyone please help me out fixing this ?

I don’t know what the reason of this error is but there is a KB Article that says you fix this by repairing or updating Microsoft .NET Framework components. You should check out this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926804 . there are few more methods given for the same, hope any of them will work for you.
