I older version of Office that I was using on Windows XP, I can see a small shortcut bar on the startup. But as now I had upgraded to Windows Vista and also upgraded my Office from 97 to 2007, the bar disappear. I cannot find that now. In older system Outlook starts on its won while the system boots. This time it is not. I have to launch it manually and then it take long time to download my emails. I need some help to add this on startup and restore that bar on my screen. Thanks.
