Office Professional 2007 corrupt cab file

I am having newly installed Windows 7 for which I bought Office Professional 2007 with product key. Now whenever I try running the setup, it runs for few minutes and stops telling “can't find ProHybridr.ww\ProHrWW.cab”. I tried searching for this file and found it right on my installation disk but it was zipped. I pointed my installation to the same but yet it gave me the same error.

So I copied ProHrWW file on my desktop and tried unzipping, surprisingly it told me file corrupt. DAMN, is my installation Disk Corrupt ?? What can I do now? Please help.

From where have you bought this CD ? I have never came through any Microsoft CDs having corrupt files. Well do one thing. Copy entire CD files and folders to a new folder on your desktop or any place on your hard drive. Try running the setup.exe from root of this folder and see if you get the same error again. If yes, than check out this Microsoft Article about How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246/en-gb

If still you get the same problem, than probably you will need to get replacement or to buy a new CD..
