Dear Sir, I told you I do not know much about computer. But I tried to restore it on back date restore point and it is working now. Generally when I have problem I do restore and problem is solved. Thank you very much for your support |

i found the solution the permission fix did not work for me so i looked some more and found a Microsoft fix it that resolved my issue MicrosoftFixit50793 or MicrosoftFixit50792 both will do the trick |
