Office Customization Tool for Office 2007

I am using Office Customization tool to install Office 2007. I had made changes to number of different settings so that all the workstations should have a standard installation. Now the issue lies with settings. They are not updated when Office was installed. I thought the issue lies with my OS. So I re-installed Windows with all needed patches and hotfixes. But still Office 2007 is not at all taking any of those settings.

Can you provide the list of settings which failed to apply. I think the customization tool needs some changes. From where you got the same. I had tested the customization that I got from my office with minimal settings and it worked. To some extent it is also important to find from where you got the tool.
