Outlook Express French dictionary after installing Microsoft Office 2007

After Office installation I found a set of bugs and problem. The issue lies with Outlook express. The dictionary used inside it does not offer english words, but french. I was happy using Office 2003. My friend recommended to go for Office 2007 and all thing is screwed up. I do not understand why this is so buggy.
