Office 2010 Visio Pro or Standard installation problem to terminal

Huge problem with Office 2010 Visio Pro installation. I downloaded office 2010 Pro Plus, office 2010 Project and Office 2010 Visio from technet plus site. There was no problem while installing office 2010 Pro Plus and office 2010 Project. They completed fine with the product keys provided from TechNet. But the scenario is not same with Visio. I was trying to install it in a term serv environment but was not successful.

When it prompted me for the product key during installation, I entered the keys provided for the same but seems like there is some problem. I am just unable to pass this window even after entering the product keys. I did some research regarding this and came to know that there are various variants of product codes such as Retail, Retail2, MSDN etc.

So I want to know whether I need to have the product keys from MSDN itself or the keys provided me are wrong ? Any idea on this ?

You should probably contact the autority or the person who have supplied you the Microsoft Office 2010 Visio. It is for sure, those people will be having the original serial keys to evaluate the software they have given you. You said the Technet Plus provided you with all the software and key. so you should visit the official website of Technet Plus and ask for help from the technical staff of Technet Plus. Or else visit the nearest Technet Plus Service Center and complain about the issue to them. If earlier you had purchased the original version of Microsoft office 2010 then you will be provided with the serial keys and else you will have to purchase a new one either from them or directly from Microsoft.
