OUTLOOK 2010 error message

I am running Windows 7 laptop with Office 2010. Everytime while using Outlook 2010 I use to get an error message saying 'Cannot open your default email folder. Errors have been detected (drive path)'. I don’t know what could be the reason but tries installing Outlook Connector as well. Yet no help. Hoping to get some working solution here. Please help.

I think first of all you should try repairing your Outlook inbox. You can use official Inbox Repair tool for the same. To know how to run it, checkout this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497

Furthermore, you should try creating a new PST file and set it as your default mail location. You can create this via mail applet in the control panel and don’t forget to remove old PST file. For more such help, see these:
