Error 2203: Office Professional 2007

I am trying to sort out my problems with Office 2007 Professional installation. Every time it keeps giving me error 2203 and tells me to refer c:\windows\installer\62268.ipi.. As am not a techie guy I don’t have any idea about all this.

Can anyone please help me out fixing this ? I have a very important project to carry out. Thank you.

Go to the Start button, find the folder that says "Microsoft Office," left click it, and find where it says "Take Ownership." Once you do that, then try and reinstall it. Good luck!

For 2203 error:
To solve the 2203 error you should grant the System account Full Control permissions to the folder which is storing the administrative installation point.

For 1310 error:
You should Unregister and reregister the Windows Installer by doing the following:

• go to: Start > Run and type msiexec /unreg in the text field , and press ENTER.
• Go to: Start > Run and type msiexec /regserver in the text field , and press ENTER.
