How do i transfer a microsoft office 2003 license from one computer to another?

Hi, I need some urgent help. I am having a old laptop running with Microsoft Office 2003. Since last week my laptop started crashing, tried many things but seems like HDD is gone. Hence I want to move my entire Office with license to a new laptop. Here’s my question. How can I transfer my license to the new laptop from this existing one ? Or else will I be able to re-install office 2003 from original media ?
