| Office 2007 F1 (Help Viewer) Not Working I recently purchased a new computer with Office Home and Student 2007. The operating system is Vista Home Premium. The problem I am having is that the Help button, or F1, is not working in any of the office programs. A configuration process starts, then one of two things happen: I either receive an error message "...1923. Office Source Engine could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges...". There is only one profile on the computer, which is set at administrator. If I don't get that message, a window pops up that says to reboot. When I click ok, I then receive the following message: CLview can't display Help. The feature is not available. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! -- ddeering |

I have the similar problem. Online help works good, but when i try to search a local help it shows me the download file dialog (local source). I open it and see the normal local help, but i cannot do anything because links are broken. Can someone help me? The file is XML. |
