I got Office 2007 professional pre-loaded with my new HP laptop I bought about two and half months ago. It is obviously the trial version and now I am planning to buy Office Enterprises 2007 full copy. Hence here I want to know whether it will be ok to install Enterprises edition on this laptop ? Also can I directly install it to overwrite the trial or should be uninstalled first ?

Please suggest me the proper steps. Thank you.

Yes, you can install Office Enterprises 2007 on this laptop but obviously you should remove the trial version completely from the system before installing the new one OR you will be prompted with various Error codes. By term Completely I mean uninstall Trial version, run Disk Cleanup and then start installation of 2007 Enterprises.
