Registry Cleanup From Office 2007 Uninstall

I bought a Vista based new desktop for my home purpose about more than 2 months ago that came with Office 2007 Trial edition. Now as the trial is about to expire, I tried to get it activated itself but it seems like we cannot activate the trail to full version. Hence I bought a new Copy of Office with Product key and wanted to install. As I read in an article that says we should first uninstall trial before installing another copy.

I tried the same, went to Add and Remove and uninstalled but later I found its some keys are still residing in registries and am sure they will conflict with my new installation, I really don’t want to face them. Hence can anyone please let me know how can I remove these registry keys? Need proper steps because I don’t want my system produce more errors because of registry.

    Thank you all in advance.

Re: Registry Cleanup From Office 2007 Uninstall

Once you removed Office Trial from Add and Remove, simply run the Disk Cleanup Wizard, select each and everything you find related to trail version and delete it. Once the cleanup is done, go to Program files and shift+Delete Microsoft Office folder. Now restart your computer and run the installation.

If you are not satisfied yet, you can refer this Microsoft Article with few more uninstallation processes:
