Your china phone must be having a invalid IMEI no and hence the network provider has blocked it. I suggest that you get a new IMEI no implanted on your phone from the nearest gallery. Implanting a new IMEI number will solve your problem.

No my dear, you are too young to this matter/ check with some blogs. it is a identified problem in chinese phones. if you know, please let me know the code for factory/engeneer mode of this chinese black berry phone
