Scrolling Text On AOL forums

Don't know where else to turn to and can't really find the place to post this. Perhaps this would be the place?

I've tried numerous times to put a marquee with scrolling text in my signature settings at AOL, but I can't find a way. Would anyone happen to know what needs to be done or what the secret is? I would be eternally grateful if you would tell me. TIAl!!! ~KDEE

No, the board(s) have no restrictions. Other members are able to apply scrolling text to their signatures. Also, I have left feedback on the AOL forums, but no one bothers to reply. That's why as a last recourse, I posted here. Thanx.
