Even before reading this: "Attention has now switched to the Royal Navy, which was carrying out exercises in Falmouth Bay with ships and a submarine.", I almost knew that it had to do with a ship or something like that. Wales, dolphins, etc. can get scared/influenced/disoriented by the sounds ships make.
