Is there any online booking facility to book this mumbai darshan tour or do i need to phone the travel company-Neeta Travel and make the booking.

You can just book with a travel agent organising these trips and they will do the bookings for you or you can do it yourself on the phone too. Neeta Travels is a reputed company with regular trips so it should be a nice one day tour though it is a bit rushed and you do not get to see everything the way it needs to be seen but you do get a general overview of things to see in the city in one day!!! Hope this helps.
